Once again time has come and passed quickly. Are we really into June already?!?!
The weekend after Lindsey's birthday in April, she had her first sleepover with Alli. They had such a fun time together. Alli does much better with the whole sleepover thing than Lindsey does. I think it will be a bit before Lindsey sleeps over at their house. For example....Alli fell right asleep in the sleeping bag, Lindsey on the other hand ended up sleeping in her bed. The girls enjoyed some popcorn and a movie before bedtime. The next morning was the Easter Egg hunt for our ward at Cherry Park, so the girl's rode their bikes over and had a great time.
My cousin Nathan got married over the Easter weekend and so my dad entrusted me (not sure why, with you know who in my house) with his beloved plants, while they went to St. George for the wedding. This was more stressful for me than having a newborn baby in my home!! Lindsey loved to help water them!
Easter morning was fun for the girls. I failed as a parent and forgot to dye Easter eggs with my kiddos. So, we just had some candy filled plastic ones instead, that the Easter Bunny hid for them. The kids got some simple presents and they seemed to enjoy them greatly! They got golf clubs and Nerf guns.
Taylor and her daddy....can't tell but she had her VERY FIRST pigtails in. Yes, we FINALLY have some hair to work with!! It's about time....it's not a lot, but at least it's something!!
